Terms & Conditions:

A referral form must be completed by the vet who normally treats your dog.

Whilst every care possible is taken of dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of the water & equipment, all dogs receive treatment entirely at their owner's risk.

All sessions, including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for in advance.

Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Dogs will not be admitted with contagious or infectious conditions.

Bitches in season may not use the facilities until the season is over.

Dogs must be in as clean a condition as possible.

A current vaccination certificate is required for any dog using CCHC.

Owners are requested not to feed their dog for at least three hours before attending a session, and to ensure that the dog has done its ablutions before arriving.

A surcharge of £10 may be levied for dogs which defecate in the pool.

It is the responsibility of the owner to poop-scoop for his dog on CCHC premises. Bags are available.

All dogs must be kept on a lead, and under control, when attending CCHC.

There are no facilities for children and it is advisable not to bring them if at all possible.

CCHC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned, whilst on the premises.

CCHC reserve the right to use video recording and photographs taken during sessions.

CCHC reserve the right to refuse treatment to any dog. |
